5 or fewer approved participants will be charged $75 per year per institution/office.
6-15 approved participants will be charged $150 per year per institution/office.
16 or more approved participants will be charged $225 per year per institution/office.
Registration is per person attending the conference.
Member institutions will receive one complimentary registration per conference (follow instructions for registering this individual).
